The Colorado Supreme Court announced Thursday it will address Tom Fallis’ appeal of bond conditions, which are prohibiting him from returning to Bloomington, Ind., to care for his three children as he waits to stand trial in Weld District Court on suspicion of second-degree murder in the 2012 shooting death of his wife, Ashley. Although the state Supreme Court issued an order that it will hear Fallis’ case, the appeal has no affect on his criminal trial.
Fallis is scheduled to return to district court at 10:30 a.m. March 24 for a review hearing.
