Iris Eytan has been awarded the Law Week Colorado “Barrister’s Best” Award for “Best Criminal Defense Lawyer” in 2019. This award relies on the survey responses of hundreds of peer attorneys who have worked with Iris personally or know her by her strong reputation.
This award is a great achievement and comes on the heels of several other huge successes in 2019. Her recent work as co-lead counsel in the Legal Center v. Bicha, et al. case resulted in a comprehensive Consent Decree in 2019. She was recognized for her part in the landmark case with the Team of the Year Award from the Colorado Lawyers Committee. Iris was also heavily
involved as a criminal defense news commentator, weighing in on current events for news outlets like Westword, Law Week Colorado, and Colorado Public Radio.
