Denver Metro criminal defense attorney, Iris Eytan, comments on the opening of the defense case for Aurora movie theater shooter, James Holmes. “They are going to present every single witness they possibly can if the court allows it, anybody who has evidence regarding mental illness. They don’t need to save anything right now. They are trying to save his life.”
Eytan, an experience felony defense attorney initially represented Holmes, but is no longer involved in the case.
