My Victim’s Rights Case Discussed in Article Published in The Atlantic

This is a piece on the Autobee victim’s rights case that was recently published in The Atlantic.

The reporter did a great job summarizing the overarching point of my clients’ position – the victim’s family has a right to speak in court and cannot be silenced for not agreeing with the prosecutor’s preferred punishment.
