I was recently asked to appear on the Celebrity Court with Elizabeth Kelly to comment on Larry Flynt’s opposition to the execution of Joseph Paul Franklin – the man that shot and paralyzed him in an assassination attempt in 1978. Franklin’s attorneys maintain that he is a paranoid schizophrenic.
Missouri Governor Jay Nixon has until Wednesday, November 20, 2013 to call off the execution of this man with severe mental illness.
